They say 'seeing is believing.' Take a good look how an open air space is being covered. Is it a 'punishment' for the affected party handed down by the Chinese family next door?  

The affected party is really upset and is disappointed with the very slow pace of action being taken by the authorities to resolve these outstanding issues.

Meanwhile, how would you rate such an ugly neighbour?
